No cancellation is allowed after order placement.
Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery subject to inspection and approval.
Replacement is available only for products damaged during transit or incorrect products delivered.
Customers must provide photo or video proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds, where approved, shall be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on banking systems.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling or opened/consumed products may not qualify for return or refund.
